The claims, as issued, concern optical-image pixel counts, thresholds for selected / not selected / ambiguous marks, and appending a vote-stamp or audit-mark image to a stored ballot image. Those are claim elements. They are not a court finding that any jurisdiction’s tabulators changed a candidate’s totals. This site does not rewrite “ambiguous mark” into “vote flipping.”
