In Curling v. Raffensperger, No. 1:17-cv-02989 (N.D. Ga.), a December 12, 2023, defense response to a motion in limine stated that defendants had identified “Nick Ikonomakis, Vice President of Engineering,” on their trial witness list, and described him as a Dominion representative who could authenticate a MITRE report retained to review claims by Dr. J. Alex Halderman. That is how the filing named him. It is a party paper, not a judgment.
A later order in the same docket, filed December 20, 2023 (document 1749 / related attachment 1754.11 as hosted on CourtListener), recorded that plaintiffs identified seven people on the defense witness list who, plaintiffs said, had never been disclosed, including Nick Ikonomakis. The order states that as to Mr. Ikonomakis (Vice President of Engineering for Dominion), defendants suggested he was a replacement representative for Dominion; the court found the late disclosure not substantially justified or harmless and granted the request to preclude the seven unidentified and undisclosed witnesses.
Fact, as the docket has it: he was listed with the engineering title; he was then barred from that trial appearance as an undisclosed witness. This site does not have trial testimony from him in that case. The order is not a finding that he rigged Georgia’s elections. It is not a finding that he flipped votes. Halderman’s critiques and MITRE’s review are other people’s documents. They are not converted here into his personal crime.
